At the first glance, I had to say I hate the new shading of the logo, the yellow-orange gradient really really looks like the pre-set gradient style in Photoshop! But after the ugly Bing logo thing, I can take this.... I love icons in Office, both Win & Mac, but definitely only those tiny toolbar icons!
